AUTHORITY WISE TRAINING FOR ARCHITECTS/LICENSED ENGINEERS ON OBPAS PORTAL


Lucknow, 7th Jan, 2020: Under the ease of doing business model Government of Uttar Pradesh has implemented the online approval of Buildings plans in the state from last 2 months. The new advanced and easy to use  software system is now started in full swing and  around  800 low risk applications has been received from various authorities . The automated process of file scrutiny of building plans is very well appreciated and adopted by many architects in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
In order to help DA officials and  architects/licensed engineers  to accustomed to the new system, Department of Housing has arranged this advanced training session for  for each DA covered under the OBPAS project .

The first phase of the training program will start from 7th Jan 2020 at Ghaziabad and Lucknow development authority. Apart from GDA and LDA this 3 weeks training will cover Agra, Mathura, Meerut, Moradabad, Hapur, Bulandshahar, Gorakhpur, Raibareilly, Jhansi, Varanasi, Lucknow Awas Vikas Parishad and Kanpur.

Professional Trainers from the software company will provide the training on CAD and OBPAS work flow portal to the Architects and licensed engineers. 2 teams of the trainers will organize workshop at different authorities and solve all the queries related to operation of the new system. The schedule for phase 2 raining is under preparation is under process and will reach out to all the other DA. Very soon portal will be start receiving High risk and compounding applications. The solution will make the task easier for the citizens as it will auto approve all types/categories of plans with Minimum Human Intervention.
